2. Take pictures of the cars and scene of the accident, even if the damage seems minimal.
3. Remember to collect the other driver’s information, including their Drivers Licence and insurance.
4. Contact your auto insurance company to report the accident. Have them inspect your car for damages and make necessary repairs.
5. Open an Accident Benefits claim and seek medical attention. You might be more hurt than you think, and if you delay, your injuries could worsen but your insurance might refuse to pay for therapy which will hinder your recovery after your car accident.
