About Ottawa Personal Injury Law Group

We are a team of experienced and trusted Ottawa based personal injury lawyers, working to assist injury victims or clients who have had their long term disability claim denied or their benefits cut off.  Our lawyers handle claims in Ottawa and cities and towns across Eastern Ontario, including Cornwall, Kingston, Brockville and Pembroke, to name a few.

Our injury group lawyers run individual and separate practices, in association.  Our primary lawyers are Sean Giovannetti and David Gardiner, who each have in excess of 17 years handling injury, disability and insurance claims.  While we primarily handle claims involving catastrophic or serious injuries, if you have a smaller or non-catastrophic injury claim, we can assist or refer you to another trusted lawyer with a suitable level of experience to handle your claim.

About Sean Giovannetti

Sean Giovannetti handles only claims relating to personal injury and long term disability benefits.  His personal injury practice primarily relates to motor vehicle accident and slip or trip and fall claims, though he is experienced in all sorts of injury claims where accident victims were injured due to the fault of another.  He only represents accident victims or people who have had their long term disability claim denied.  Never the insurance company.

Sean has a significant degree of experience handling claims with accident victims who have suffered catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, psychological or psychiatric impairments and chronic pain conditions.

Prior to representing accident victims, for 13 years Sean practised in the area of insurance defence litigation. Over this period he represented many of Canada’s largest insurance companies.  This experience provided Sean with valuable insight regarding the tactics, settlement negotiation techniques and strategies used by insurance companies.  This insight provides Sean's clients with a significant advantage in a personal injury case with an insurance company.

Sean works with a network of doctors, therapists and specialists to ensure his clients receive not only the monetary damages they deserve, but also the best medical and rehabilitation treatment needed to help with their recovery and to support their case.

Sean is pleased to free consultations about your case, on a no fee and no obligation basis.

We are conveniently located on Woodroffe Avenue and offer free accessible parking for all clients.

Sean is accessible and available to answer questions to new or existing clients.  His direct line is 613-518-2418.  His main office line is 613-518-2416.
